Hose Production
- Silicone liners & fabric cut into sheets by a cutting team according to Specification sheet & records,
- Tooling is verified against the order and cleaned before building,
- Hose builders apply the uncured silicone sheets onto the mandrel layer by layer & apply your logo according to specification & details are recorded,
- Once the hose is fully moulded, it will be Vulcanised for stage one of the Vulcanisation process,
- The hose will be released and removed from the mandrel and checked for defects,
- The hose will undergo the trimming process and is checked dimensionally against the drawing or JIG depending on the job,
- The hose will go back into the oven for the Post Curing stage.
- The hose will be cleaned and inspected,
- The hose will make its way to the packaging team who will count & check against your order, label & bag the hoses,
- Hoses make their way to our in-house storage facility
- Warehouse team fully inspects the hose against our manufacturing criteria & specifications, any rejects will be remade.
- Hoses are stored in labelled storage bins or shipped to immediately depending on your delivery requirements or scheduled delivery date
